Shipping is always free on all orders within the USA. No hidden fees, no fine print—just simple and straightforward.
Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been received and your payment method pre-authorized.

- In Stock: Your payment is processed and your order moves to fulfillment.

Out of Stock / Backorder: Your pre-authorization is voided, and we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.
Order Shipment
- Orders ship within 3 business days if in stock.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

International Orders
We’re happy to ship internationally! Please note:

Damages
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery:

- If you accept delivery, take clear photos of the damaged packaging and products immediately.
